Don’t believe the hype
After almost a month of media coverage about the new Lumia 920, I tend to be quite amazed (read: surprised) by how much excited some bloggers are about this phone.
Sure, the phone is pretty. Very pretty. Sure, specs-wise the 920 is a killer - I find the PureView camera very promising and it looks like the best smartphone for video recording. But is it better than the other usual suspects aka Galaxy SIII, HTC One X+ and iPhone 5? I don’t think so. That doesn’t mean it is bad. It is just not better.
Even if somebody managed to convince me that I’m wrong, I’d say that would not be enough. Why? Because of Windows Phone 8.
